Roasted Chicken Salad

Are you trying to lose weight but still have no control over food? Then this recipe is perfect for you. Rich in proteins and full of taste. Try out the roasted chicken salad to kill your cravings.

 
 
Ingredients:
 
Chicken Breast- 250gms
Oregano- 1/2 tsp
Chili Flakes- 1 tsp
Olive oil- 1/2 Tbsp
Onion- 1 chopped
Soya Sauce- 1 tsp
Salt and Pepper- According to your taste
 
Method:
 
– Boil chicken in a pan and don’t throw away the chicken broth.
– Take another pan and add 1/2 Tbsp olive oil.
– Add onion and saute till it becomes translucent and then add the chicken, soya sauce, salt and pepper. Add 1 tbsp of chicken broth and then finally add the oregano and chili flakes. Saute for a minute. Your chicken is ready to go in your tummy. 😉
 
You can even add chopped capsicums and spring onions to make it more colorful and tasty.
