Drinking water is essential for a healthy and fit body. During pregnancy, drinking enough water keeps your body hydrated. You should drink 10-12 glasses of water to keep yourself and your baby healthy.

Amniotic Fluid Levels:

Amniotic fluid plays a very important role in the growth and development of your baby. Drinking sufficient water helps to maintain the right amniotic fluid levels in the womb.

Constipation:

The hormonal changes and sluggish  bowel movement causes constipation in most of the pregnant women. This can be avoided by drinking enough water throughout the day.

Urinary Infection:

Pregnant women are more prone to urinary infection. They should drink lots of water during this time to avoid getting infected.

Dehydration:
